villa.

Nine hundred square meters spread across one platform: a glass-and-steel pavilion holding living, dining, kitchen and a media room, with five suites distributed either side. Four of the suites face the Atlantic; the fifth sits inland.

Sliding doors retract along the front and rear elevations, so on most afternoons the house is open on three sides — pool deck to the front, garden to the back, ocean breeze straight through. The interior was designed around natural light and Brazilian craft: hardwood floors, woven shade, leather, rattan.

The pool is the heart of the property — a long infinity edge finished in custom blue-and-black mosaic that holds its color through the day. A second covered lounge sits on the deck for shade-side afternoons. There's a garage, a private gated entrance, and a back-of-house team available on request.
